枇杷葉及枇杷葉提取物簡介

枇杷葉提取物為薔薇科植物枇杷Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. 的乾燥葉提取物的活性物質,有效成分為揮發油、三萜酸類、倍半萜類、黃酮類、多酚類、有機酸類等, 具有抗炎止咳、降血糖、抗病毒和抗腫瘤等藥理活性。

枇杷葉又名無憂扇、杷葉、巴葉、蘆桔葉等,原產于我國長江流域,已有2000多年的栽培曆史,有很高的鮮食、加工、藥用和觀賞價值,受到世界上許多國家的重視。在我國分布很廣,目前已知原產在我國的枇杷有14個種和1個亞種, 其中人工栽培的只有普通枇杷1種,其餘的均零星分布在大山上,多處於野生狀態。我國是世界上最主要的枇杷生產國。其主于江蘇、浙江(多栽培)、廣東(多野生)等地,湖北、四川、陝西、甘肅、江蘇、安徽、江西、福建、臺灣、湖南、廣西、貴州、雲南等地均有栽培,為傳統中草藥,性微寒,味苦辛,具有清肺止咳,降逆止嘔的功效。臨床用於肺熱咳嗽,氣逆喘急,胃熱嘔逆,煩熱口渴。
