杜仲綠原酸來源於杜仲科植物杜仲(Eucomma Umoides Oliv)葉,採用純水提取、沉降、精密過濾,再經樹脂吸附分享等工藝精製而成。

 

[性狀]產品冷水中溶解度小,易溶于熱水、乙醇和丙酮,純品為針狀結晶,分子量354.3,在微酸性、低溫、避光條件下,性質穩定,UV 吸收峰324mm(水溶液)左右。

[用途]本品具有抗菌、消炎、解毒、利膽、降壓及升高白細胞及顯著增加胃腸蠕動和促進胃液分泌等藥理作用,對大腸桿菌、金色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌和病毒有較強的抑制和殺滅作用,對急性咽喉炎症及皮膚病有明顯療效,臨床上用於治療急性細菌性感染疾病及放、化療時所致的白細胞減少症,對月經過多、子宮功能性出血有良好的止血效果,還具有腎上腺素類作用。

杜仲綠原酸的主要藥理作用有:
