梅素又稱楊梅樹皮素、楊梅黃酮,是從楊梅科(Myricaceae)植物楊梅的樹皮中提取的一種黃酮醇類化合物。楊梅是原產中國的亞熱帶果樹之一,野生種生長史已有7000多年,人工栽培已有2000多年。我國華東和湖南、廣東、廣西、貴州等地區具有極為豐富的楊梅樹皮資源, 經過修剪丟棄的楊梅樹枝可做為長期大量的植物來源。但是, 由於提取工藝等原因,目前對楊梅素的研究主要來源於藤茶, 來源楊梅樹的非常少。而藤茶中主要獲得的是二氫楊梅素且資源有限, 對楊梅素的長期的開發和利用存在一定的侷限性。
楊梅樹皮在民間用作抗菌消炎藥,楊梅樹皮中主要含有楊梅素和楊梅素甙。近年來,國內外研究表明,楊梅素具有多種活性:血小板活化因子(PAF) 的拮抗作用、降血糖作用、抗氧化作用、保肝護肝作用、解輕乙醇中毒、楊梅樹皮和樹葉中的活性成分楊梅素除具有上述已經驗証的藥理作用外,還具有抗炎、抗腫瘤、抗突變、預防齲齒、抗氧化性、消除體內自由基等多種藥理活性。
楊梅素 Myricetin主要功能:
1)抗氧化的作用:楊梅素 Myricetin是一種很強的抗氧化劑,氧化應激在各種神經疾病包括局部缺血和老年期癡呆中起關鍵作用。楊梅素通過構象變化作用減少β-澱粉酶的產生和毒性,可用於統計老年癡呆的進展狀況。
2)抗腫瘤作用:楊梅素 Myricetin是一種有效的致癌作用化學防治劑。
3)降低神經毒性:楊梅素 Myricetin可以通過不同途徑抑制由谷氨酸引起的神經毒性保護神經元,從而有效阻止神經損傷。
4)對淋巴細胞活化及增殖的影響:楊梅素 Myricetin能抑制T細胞早期活化指標CD69的表達,並能抑制淋巴細胞增殖反應。
5)血小板活化因子(PAF)的拮抗作用:楊梅素體外呈濃度依賴性地抑制PAF誘發的WRP聚集及52HT釋放。同時能明顯抑制PAF引起的血小板內游離鈣的增高。因此楊梅素具有抗血栓、抗心肌缺血、改善微循環等多方面的心血管藥理作用。
6)降血糖作用:楊梅素 Myricetin具有較為明顯的降血糖作用。
7)保肝護肝的作用:楊梅素能明顯抑制血清中丙氨酸轉氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酶轉氨酶(AST)的活性升高及降低血清總膽紅素,有明顯的降酶退黃的作用。

5 、 操作步驟
5.1 對照品溶液的制備 精密稱取在110℃乾燥至恆重的二氫楊梅素對照品10mg,置50ml容量瓶中,加50%甲醇適量,超聲處理10min使溶解,放冷,加50%甲醇至刻度,搖勻,備用。
5.2樣品溶液制備 精密稱取在110℃乾燥至恆重的二氫楊梅素樣品10mg,置50ml容量瓶中,加50%甲醇適量,超聲處理10min使溶解,放冷,加50%甲醇至刻度,搖勻,備用。
6、檢測
取對照品溶液和樣品溶液0.22μm針孔過濾器過濾,進樣20µl,根據峰面積計算樣品含量。
含量按以下公式計算:
