金銀花提取物是一種提取物,提取自天然植物金銀花,主要成份為綠原酸,顏色是棕色粉末,可做為藥品、保健品、化妝品的原料。
金銀花及金銀花提取物的功效:
一是抗菌及抗病毒。即對金黃色葡萄球菌、溶血性鏈球菌、痢疾、傷寒、腦膜炎雙球菌、肺炎雙球菌、綠膿以及流感病毒等都有明顯抑製作用。
二是有增強免疫的功能。金銀花能促進淋巴細胞轉化,增強白細胞的吞噬功能。
三是抗炎、解熱。金銀花能促進腎上腺皮質激素的釋放,對炎症有明顯抑製作用。
金銀花飲片大致可分為生藥、炒藥、炭藥3種。這3種制品的性味和功效有差別,在應用上也各有擅長。生藥是把鮮品金銀花經過日晒、陰乾或烘烤等方法而獲得的干品,也指鮮品金銀花。生藥味甘微苦,性寒,善清解上焦和肌表之毒邪。可用於溫病初期,常與連翹、薄荷、淡豆豉、荊芥等同用,以加強疏散清熱之力。主要用於溫病初起發熱,微惡風寒,口微渴者,代表方如“銀翹散”。還可用於癰疽疔毒,金銀花自古有“瘍科之聖藥”之稱。常與蒲公英、紫花地丁、野菊花等合用,能增強解毒消腫作用。對於癰疽癤毒,紅腫疼痛,無論潰膿還是未潰膿者,使用金銀花(用量宜重)均能起到 效果。代表方有“五味消毒飲”等。
