梅素又称杨梅树皮素、杨梅黄酮,是从杨梅科(Myricaceae)植物杨梅的树皮中提取的一种黄酮醇类化合物。杨梅是原产中国的亚热带果树之一,野生种生长史已有7000多年,人工栽培已有2000多年。我国华东和湖南、广东、广西、贵州等地区具有极为丰富的杨梅树皮资源, 经过修剪丢弃的杨梅树枝可做为长期大量的植物来源。但是, 由于提取工艺等原因,目前对杨梅素的研究主要来源于藤茶, 来源杨梅树的非常少。而藤茶中主要获得的是二氢杨梅素且资源有限, 对杨梅素的长期的开发和利用存在一定的局限性。
杨梅树皮在民间用作抗菌消炎药,杨梅树皮中主要含有杨梅素和杨梅素甙。近年来,国内外研究表明,杨梅素具有多种活性:血小板活化因子(PAF) 的拮抗作用、降血糖作用、抗氧化作用、保肝护肝作用、解轻乙醇中毒、杨梅树皮和树叶中的活性成分杨梅素除具有上述已经验证的药理作用外,还具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗突变、预防龋齿、抗氧化性、消除体内自由基等多种药理活性。
杨梅素 Myricetin主要功能:
1)抗氧化的作用:杨梅素 Myricetin是一种很强的抗氧化剂,氧化应激在各种神经疾病包括局部缺血和老年期痴呆中起关键作用。杨梅素通过构象变化作用减少β-淀粉酶的产生和毒性,可用于统计老年痴呆的进展状况。
2)抗肿瘤作用:杨梅素 Myricetin是一种有效的致癌作用化学防治剂。
3)降低神经毒性:杨梅素 Myricetin可以通过不同途径抑制由谷氨酸引起的神经毒性保护神经元,从而有效阻止神经损伤。
4)对淋巴细胞活化及增殖的影响:杨梅素 Myricetin能抑制T细胞早期活化指标CD69的表达,并能抑制淋巴细胞增殖反应。
5)血小板活化因子(PAF)的拮抗作用:杨梅素体外呈浓度依赖性地抑制PAF诱发的WRP聚集及52HT释放。同时能明显抑制PAF引起的血小板内游离钙的增高。因此杨梅素具有抗血栓、抗心肌缺血、改善微循环等多方面的心血管药理作用。
6)降血糖作用:杨梅素 Myricetin具有较为明显的降血糖作用。
7)保肝护肝的作用:杨梅素能明显抑制血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酶转氨酶(AST)的活性升高及降低血清总胆红素,有明显的降酶退黄的作用。

5 、 操作步骤
5.1 对照品溶液的制备 精密称取在110℃干燥至恒重的二氢杨梅素对照品10mg,置50ml容量瓶中,加50%甲醇适量,超声处理10min使溶解,放冷,加50%甲醇至刻度,摇匀,备用。
5.2样品溶液制备 精密称取在110℃干燥至恒重的二氢杨梅素样品10mg,置50ml容量瓶中,加50%甲醇适量,超声处理10min使溶解,放冷,加50%甲醇至刻度,摇匀,备用。
6、检测
取对照品溶液和样品溶液0.22μm针孔过滤器过滤,进样20µl,根据峰面积计算样品含量。
含量按以下公式计算:
