杏仁甙主要存在于苦杏、苦扁桃、桃、油桃(nectarines)、枇杷、李子、苹果、黑樱桃等果仁和叶子中,苦杏仁皮中不含苦杏仁甙。苦杏仁甙由龙胆二糖和苦杏仁睛组成的β-型糖苷,分子式:C20H27NO11,分子量:457.43。其三水合物为斜方柱状结晶,熔点200℃,无水物熔点约有20℃,[α]:20D-42℃。1g可溶于12mlH2O,900ml乙醇及11ml乙醇,易溶于沸水。
苦杏仁,味苦、微温、归肺、大肠经。富含蛋白质、糖类、胡萝卜素、脂肪、维生素B族、维生素C、还含有苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、膳食纤维、钙元素,钾元素,镁元素及8种脂肪酸等等营养成分。具有止咳平喘、润肠通便的功效。苦杏仁中的苦杏仁苷有镇痛作用,还可以杀死癌细胞,延长癌症病人寿命;含有的胡萝卜素还有抑制肺癌、预防肿瘤的作用,能提高人体的免疫力;而且含有的脂肪油还能润便通肠、促进皮肤微循环,起到美容作用。

5 、 操作步骤
5.1 对照品溶液的制备:取在110℃干燥至恒重的苦杏仁苷对照品适量,精密称定,加甲醇制成每1m1含40μlg的溶液,即得。
5.2样品溶液制备 精密称取在110℃干燥至恒重的苦杏仁甙,精密称定,加甲醇制成每1m1含40μlg的溶液,即得。
6、检测
取对照品溶液和样品溶液0.22μm针孔过滤器过滤,进样20µl,根据峰面积计算样品含量。
含量按以下公式计算:
