【熔点及溶解度】:游离的辛弗林熔点184-185,易溶于有机溶剂,难溶于水,其酸式盐和碱式盐则易溶于水,难溶于有机溶剂,盐酸盐结晶熔点151~152,易溶于水;重酒石酸盐熔点188~189,易溶于水,难溶于乙醇,几乎不溶于氯仿、 。
辛弗林是枳实提取物中的主要活性成分 辛弗林提取物Synephrine 上禾生物,其可有效预防能量过剩(热量堆积),逐风理气,温胃促进食欲并加速新陈代谢。酸橙理论上可加速脂肪代谢且不会像使用麻黄的患者那样出现不良的副作用影响心血管。其也是一种温和的芬芳除痰剂,一种神经镇定剂和治疗便秘的轻泻剂。
可逆性胆碱酯酶(ACHE)抑制剂。治疗重症肌无力的作用与新斯的明相追认,维持时间明显长于新斯的明,毒性低,不良反应少,对乙酰胆碱醋本科具有选择性抑制作用,易通过血、脑脊液屏障。本品适用于良性记忆障碍,可显著改善AD患者认知功能、行为和心境障碍。对痴呆患者和脑器质 引起的记忆障碍亦有改善作用。
